Lean training and consulting facilitates reductions in cost, lead time and work-in-progress though the identification and elimination of waste in both the manufacturing and back-office functions.
Fundamental to creating a sustainable Lean Manufacturing Program is an organisations ability to develop in-house expertise which is why all our training is focused on transferring knowledge through practical applications.
Training is available at three levels
- A foundation course in Lean / C.I. Fundamentals. This a two day event which introduces attendees to Lean Manufacturing tools including; 7 Wastes, Value Stream Mapping, Line Balancing, A3 Problem Solving, Total Productive Maintenance, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Kanban, Visual Management, Standard Work, Cellular Manufacturing, 5S, Single Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED), Strategy Deployment and Kaizen.
- In-depth training modules explaining the Tools, Systems and Principles behind some of the most established and effective lean methodologies. Modules currently available are:
- A3 Problem Solving
- Strategy Deployment
- Total Productive Maintenance
- Standard Work
- Kaizen
- One to one coaching to site C.I. Champions and facilitation at Kaizen / Continuous Improvement events where the lean tools are being applied.
